While no cyclist I know especially enjoys riding in the rain, there’s no reason that you can’t do it without getting yourself or your stuff wet. I personally exercise a heightened level of caution when cycling in the rain to take into account roads being potentially slippery and foggy windows and inadequate windshield wipers making it more difficult for motorists to see me.
