Teams have begun to reveal their rosters for the Tour de France 2026. Discover who is taking part ahead of the official start on 4 July.
The 113th edition of the Tour de France – the second of three annual Grand Tours in road cycling — gets underway in Barcelona, Spain, on 4 July, with 184 riders from 23 teams expected to vie for the Maillot Jaune (Yellow Jersey).
The peloton – a collective name for the full field of riders – will take on a 3,320.7km (2,063 miles) challenge over 21 stages, culminating in the traditional finish on the Champs-Élysées in Paris on 26 July.
Reigning world champion Tadej Pogačar enters la Grande Boucle as the favourite to top the general classification standings, chasing a fifth win on French roads.
Danish star Jonas Vingegaard will look to follow up his Giro d’Italia win with a rare double, while double Olympic champion Remco Evenepoel will try to leverage his time-trial strength in the mountains. And don’t forget about French rising star Paul Seixas, who’s sure to count on strong support from the partisan crowds lining roads throughout the race.
