Here’s the news: “The Olympic mountain bike event in 2028 will be held at Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas, California. This park, located in the San Gabriel Mountains, is a 1,800-acre park that will be upgraded with a world-class mountain biking course.”
Bonelli Park lies about 28 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. Bonelli Park been the site of numerous races over the years, even drawing Nino Schurter to the event in the past. Here are some photos from Bonelli Park’s past mountain bike events:
