“Tom Forsyth was actually the second lawyer I had representing me for a bicycle accident from Oct. 2011. My first lawyer just didn’t get it. Direct contact after the first visit was a journey through secretaries, answering services, “your call has been forwarded to”…….I was directed to a medical team for evaluation, then left to figure out the diagnosis, the best treatment for my various injuries, the order of what to do first,  etc.- all on my own. These things matter. At times I could not get a timely response from my attorney, other times it wasn’t the right response. Your attorney is supposed to work with you and for your best interests at all times. This was messed up.
