Tom offers a complimentary personal telephone consultation to any cyclist involved in a biking accident. When you call you will not reach a machine with a bunch of prompts to follow.
The consultation will consist of discussing the details of the case and bike laws, explain procedures, and advise you of your rights. It is always important to consult an attorney before accepting a settlement from an insurance company. You may forfeit some rights and claim to fair monetary damages if you accept the settlement.
Even if you plan on handling the case yourself give us a call and we can advise you on what a reasonable settlement would be for your particular case.
