ABOUT TOM

Thomas F. Forsyth is a lifelong cyclist and resident of California who has practiced law for 34 years, most of those as a bike accident attorney. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and received his law degree from Whittier College, School of Law. 

In addition to his work as a lawyer and his love for road cycling and mountain biking, Tom is a guitarist, competitive tennis player, and father to two athletic boys. When not in his office or on a bicycle, Tom can be found attending a Little League game or outside teaching his sons proper form for a good swing.
